Configuration files required to simulate the arrival of the I-131
plume at Dutch Harbor, AK. Copy all files, except meteorology, to
\hysplit\working. Then retrieve the control and setup files into
the GUI. After the simulation completes, run the con2stn.bat file
to create the time series graphic of model and measured values.

HYSPLIT

1000 3D particles released each hour
Time step fixed at 30 min
	I-131 gaseous dry and wet deposition (Vd=1 cm/s H=0.08)
	Sampling grid 1-deg by 500 m by 24 hours
Meteorology 2.5 deg global NCAR/NCEP reanalysis
Output units Bq/m3 converted to mBq/m3 for display

Emissions

The 58th Session of UNSCEAR, The 2011 off the Pacific coast
of Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, Vienna, 23 May 2011,
Shizuyo Kusumi, M.D., Nuclear Safety Commission (NSC) of Japan

	Total released I-131 = 1.510**17 Bq
Assume most released 14 March 1200 UTC to 15 March 1200 UTC
	5.0x10**15 per hour for 24 hours = 1.2x10**17
